2020 Annual General Meeting

 Dear Members,

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the NATO Golf Club will take place on Friday 31th January 2020 at 1900 hours at the NATO Staff Centre.

We hope to see you at this important NGC Club event, where we combine business with pleasure.  The evening will include welcome drinks, the meeting and dinner. We very much welcome spouses and partners at this event. The cost of the welcome reception is covered by NGC, as well as a portion of the meal costs. Dinner will include 3-courses with fish, meat and vegetarian options.  Full menu is below.

To help us run your Club, we value and need your opinions and contributions.  We would particularly welcome our new members, overseas members, former or potential members.

The Agenda, Reports from the President, Captain and Treasurer and final Programme of Events for 2020, will be forwarded to you separately. 

We would like to draw your attention to three important points:

Firstly, in accordance with our Constitution, we must have 30% of the Regular and Associate Members present for a quorum, to allow decision making. 

Secondly, to be a member in good standing, and therefore eligible to vote at the AGM, you must pay your dues for 2020. Finally, this is the best opportunity to voice your opinions on how we can improve.

Please complete the membership form on this website's MEMBERSHIP tab and follow the cart instructions to transfer of €40 for Regular and Associate members, or €25 for Overseas members, to the NGC bank account - details on the same tab.

Finally, Katrin and Wolfgang Wien, our Property Managers, will be presenting their ideas for new items for the store and will have current NATO Golf Kit for sale on hand. So, please bring some cash with you and your ideas of what you would like to find in our store!

Register on the website under scheduled events, your planned attendance, no later than 20th January. 

NOTE: If you do not hold a NATO or ARO/ARNS (retiree) pass, we will require additional information to get you access to the Staff Centre. Fill this information on the registration form, when you sign up. You will not be granted access without this information in advance. 

In conclusion, each member should:

1. Register for the meeting on the website, indicating Your own and your partner/guest's choice of menu

2. Purchase the number of meals you require for the evening, in the Club Store: €25.00 per person;

3. EVERYONE please complete the 2020 membership form on the website and pay* your membership dues (€40 Regular or Associate members or €25 for Overseas members). 

4. For those not possessing a NATO or an ARO/ARNS pass, provide date of birth and nationality for you and accompanying spouse/guest(s) and your vehicle registration number plate.
