NGC Weekend Tournament (26-27 October 2024) Golf Henri Chapelle

Wolfgang and Katrin Wien have proposed an overnight weekend tournament for the NGC at Henri Chapelle which is close to Aachen.  There is a hotel on site that can accommodate 11 rooms.

We will need to gauge interest quickly on this as confirmation to the golf course is due on 21 April.  Darryl Rupp will serve as the point of contact for gathering names of those that might be interested.  Please email him at:  drupp1993@gmail.com, or president@natogolfclub.org.

"Katrin and I spend a very nice weekend over easter at the Golf Course Henri Chapelle in East Belgium, close to Aachen.  We made a reservation for a tournament for our Club at the weekend 26/27 October 2024. The little tiny hotel has a lot of reservations for events over the whole year. The only free weekend with accommodation for 11 bed rooms in harvest was this weekend. We recommend that you deliver the invitation as soon as possible. The reservation is due NLT 21st of April. If you agree and there are enough volunteers, Katrin and I will contact the hotel and find the right reservations procedures.

It will be necessary to pay in advance per person. Cancellation policy: 100% refund NLT 10 days before 26st of October."
