Dear NATO Golfers,
Happy New Year to you all!
On 24 December 2020, I called for the Annual General Meeting of the NATO Golf Club. In December, it was already clear to us that the COVID-19 restrictions could prevent us from holding the AGM as planned, and also that in such an instance, we would postpone the AGM to a later date, when we can actually meet in person.
With the reiterated ambition to combine the AGM with a social dinner event, I’d like announce that the Annual General Meeting of the NATO Golf Club is postponed until Friday, the 26th of March 2021, still to be held at the L’Ascoli Restaurant.
We will announce details, menu etc. in due time.
For now, I kindly ask you to reserve the date, and keep monitoring the NGC website.
On the substance of the meeting, the Executive Committee has decided to make all the Annual Reports available on the website now with a view to have them provisionally accepted this month, and finally approved on the AGM in March. (About | NATO Golf Club Look under “2021” at the bottom)
So: If for any reason you have objections or simply comments to the reports, could I kindly ask you to forward me a note, before Friday, the 29th of January 2021. Thank you so much.
